SECURITY AND ANONYMITY
Security of user data is of highest importance for ktchng.

ktchng is doing everything to protect the data that were entrusted to us, from unauthorized access. Data that you entrust to us, are in good hands with us.
We ensure that your personal data will not be passed on to other enterprises or organizations without authorization.

DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

1. PROTECTION AND SECURITY
Protection and security of all user data are of special concern to ktchng. In this regard, ktchng is subject to the relevant Austrian and European data protection rules.

2. COLLECTION OF NECESSARY DATA
In order for ktchng to deliver its services, it is necessary that ktchng collects, stores, processes and uses the personal data entrusted to it, all while observing the data protection rules.
Through your registration you agree to the collection, storing, processing and usage of your data by ktchng or subcontractors of ktchng.

Personal data are defined as data containing information about personal and factual circumstances of a certain or identifiable user.
In particular, during registration the following data will be collected:

Email address
Name
Date of birth

During the scanning of products/logos, we will also register your location. The more data you as user provide in your ktchng profile, the higher the reward with ktchng tokens will be that you receive.
You are not obliged to provide data beyond email address, name and date of birth. But the more data you asuser provide in your ktchng profile, the higher the reward with ktchng tokens will be that you receive for interactions (Fair Data Handling).

We will use your personal data that you actively provide to us (e.g. when registering your profile data) and that we automatically collect during registration/usage (e.g, host name of accessing computer,
IP address, port, date, time) for the secure delivery of the requested service. This includes mailing of newsletters, emails, SMS, MMS (also push messages) and messages via messenger services with information in line with the purpose of ktchng, and the provisioning of tailored offers via app.

As far as we use data for further purposes, which according to the law require your consent, we will ask for your express consent. You may revoke such consent at any time resp. object to the future utilization of your data.

Profiling: The data processing performed by the Corporation, if need be also the data processing by subcontracted enterprises, constitutes profiling in the sense of Art. 4 point 4 DSGVO.
There will be profile established of you, which allow to extrapolate to decisions/chances of decisions regarding the future purchase of goods or services. In doing so, the Corporation will differentiate by target groups, product ranges, products, suppliers, brands, marketing campaigns and individualized marketing measures, in order to make available to you especially relevant information and offerings.

Data collected by profiling are also provided in anonymized form against payment to third parties for target group selection, advertising measures, sales strategy and for the evaluation of advertising campaigns. These data will be deleted by the Corporation latest 1 year after user’s relationship with ktchng has ended.

3. FURTHER USE OF DATA

3.1 USE OF FACEBOOK SOCIAL PLUGINS
On our website and app we use so-called Social Plugins (“Plugins”) of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA („Facebook“).
The Plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the remark „Social Plugin by Facebook” resp. “Facebook Social Plugin“. An overview of the Facebook Plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

If you load a page of our website containing such plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the Plugin will be transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the respective page of our web presence, even if you don’t have a Facebook profile or are currently not logged in to Facebook.This information (including your IP address) will be transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the US and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can associate your visit of our website directly with your Facebook profile. If you interact with Plugins, e.g. clicking the „Like“ button or placing a comment,
this information will also be transmitted to a Facebook server and stored there. The information will also be published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends.

3.3 TRANSFER
A transfer of personal data beyond the scope defined in par. 2 does not take place, except we are obliged to do so by law or the decision of a public authority.

3.4 EMAIL-MARKETING BY SUBSCRIPTION TO NEWSLETTER
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the required data provided by you to send you regular email newsletters, based on your consent according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO.The cancellation of the newsletter is possible at any time and can be done by contact us via the contact points below, or by using the respective link in the newsletter. After cancellation we will delete your email address, unless you have agreed to further use of your data, or we reserve further use of your data in line with the laws, of which we will inform you.

4. USE OF COOKIES
For some of our services it is necessary to use so-called Cookies. A Cookie is a text file, that is stotred on your hard disk either temporarily (“Session Cookie”) or permanently (“Permanent Cookie”). Cookies are not used to execute programs or load viruses onto your computer. Main purpose of Cookies is it to provide a tailored offering to you and to make the service as little time consuming as possible. Most browsers are set by default to accept Cookies. But you can set your browser in a way that it rejects Cookies or asks for your approval before doing so. If you reject Cookies, not all our offerings will work without problems.

5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your usage of our website. The information regarding the usage of this website produced by the Cookie are usually transmitted to a server in the US and stored there. In case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google in the member states of the European Union or in the other signatories of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to evaluate your usage of this website, to compile reports of the website activity and to provide further services in connection with the website or internet usage to the operator of this website. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google. You can prevent the storage of Cookies through an according setting of your browser software; we however want to point out that in this case won’t be able to use the full functionality of this website. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics was enhanced by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

6. DELETION AND CORRECTION OF DATA
You have the right to access all data stored in connection with your person and the settings of your user account at any time and to correct, amend or delete them. You are also entitled to revoke your consent to collection and storage (partially or in total) of further personal data (Right of Revocation). For this, an email to ktchng is sufficient. In case of a complete revocation of storage and processing of personal we can’t provide any services to you anymore.

7. NO LIABILITY FOR WEBSITES OF COOPERATION PARTNERS
On our websites we refer to various cooperation partners who are offering web sites and servives of their own. These usually have their own data protection guidelines. These data protection guidelines are in no way connected to us and we therefore don’t assume any liability for them. Please find out about these data protection guidelines.

8. INFORMATION ABOUT STORED DATA
Information about the data stored by the Corporation is provided by the Data Protection Officer. You are entitled to find out about the personal data stored in relation to you at any time and free of charge. This information will be provided in writing. The request for information together with a copy of an ID, driving license or passport has to be sent in writing (e.g. by email) to KTCHNG GmbH (info@ktchng.com). On the copy of the ID, name, address, date of birth and validity have to be legible. All other data may be blackened out. Data protection during data transmission in the internet is not fully guaranteed with the current state of technology. You therefore bear responsibility for the security of data transmitted by you via the internet.

9. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Of course you have the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection authorities.We reserve the right to change this privacy policy. The current version of the data protection declaration is always available at this URL.
